Challenge
A personal scalp analysis with a questionnaire, photos, and months of ongoing coaching can't be run cleanly over email, video calls, and spreadsheets without something falling through the cracks.
Solution
A purpose-built platform instead of loose tools: a brand presence that builds trust around a sensitive topic, a protected customer portal for intake, photo uploads, appointment booking and evaluation results, online payment with flexible installments, and a dedicated practice-management area to guide each client through the full coaching journey.
Results
The whole path from the first analysis to months of 1:1 coaching now runs on one connected platform instead of scattered tools. Still actively being expanded.
